Captured these image during the evening of December 13, 2017. A very cold evening (-28°C), notice the exploding meteor at 14 sec mark, there are also several other smaller ones in this clip.

For my first blog post I thought I would share my most favourite recent picture.  Captured this image late at night in the middle of beautiful Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada.  My main purpose of the stay at Manitoulin was to capture some of the remarkable views of the night sky that can only be seen under perfect dark skies like those on Manitoulin.  This image captures the greatness of the Milky Way with on of the many lonely barns on the island.  All comments are welcome, and please feel free to share.  Best viewed on a large screen if possible.  As always if you wish to purchase prints of this, or any of my images I post here please contact me.  Thanks.
